| Description: | Looking for a eager, self motivated individual to be the next Assistant Golf Course Superintendent at Squaw Creek C.C. part of Avalon Golf group. Successful candidate will work closely with Superintendent in day to day operations of the golf course and surrounding areas. A high level to detail is a must. A flexible but not ridiculous schedule that is dictated by the golf course and it's seasonal requirements are critical. Must have a valid drivers license and have or be able to obtain a Ohio pesticide license. Must be able to manage a crew of 4-16 and be punctual. Benefits: Several Medical plans are available as well as DentL, Optical and life insurance. Also vacation and 401k Squaw Creek was built by Stanley Thompson in 1928. It is a beautiful wooded golf course tha has push-up greens that have been modified via sand todressings. Irrigation is an older Toro double row system which we hope to up grade in the near future. We her 4 clay outdoor tennis courts and 4 indoor tennis courts as well as a swimming pool area. |
